A restaurant nobody could find, losing money every month. The staff had been there for years, and everyone knew what happens next if it stays that way.
Serapi Garden · a garden restaurant with no foot traffic
Serapi Garden sits inside an old house on a quiet street. You don’t drive past it by accident, so unless someone told you it was there, you would never find it. The food was good and the regulars kept coming back, but new faces almost never walked in.
They had already changed the restaurant’s name and concept more than once, hoping a fresh start would pull a crowd. A new sign doesn’t help when nobody walks past.
They weren’t short on ambition, they were short on hands. Serapi Garden is one of several restaurants the same family runs, and across all of them the marketing was two junior staff and one part-time consultant, with nobody in charge of it. What they knew how to make was posters. Nobody there had ever made a video that got a stranger to drive across town.
Four months into the new concept the numbers said it plainly: the restaurant was not profitable. On our first call the owner put it plainly: if it stayed at that level they’d be looking at letting staff go, people who had been with them for years.
And the thing that could have saved it was already inside the building. They just didn’t know it was a story.
The kitchen, not the menu. Every restaurant posts pictures of its food. Serapi had something better: chefs good enough to cook anywhere, using this kitchen to try dishes you won’t find at other restaurants. Not one video had ever shown their faces.
So we put the chefs on camera and let the food carry the rest. The dishes give people a reason to come. The chefs give people a reason to care, and that is what made strangers stop scrolling.
Revenue grew 96% in the first 30 days, and it held. What used to be a shortfall every month is now the shop’s normal.
More than 390,000 views in 90 days, on an account that had been averaging under 2,000 views a video before we started. One video alone passed 96,000.
The chef videos, the story nobody was telling, pulled over 109,000 views on their own.
“Alhamdulillah. Loved the experience with Offerlybusiness. Your team has been amazing in handling our unpreparedness. Everyone has been patient, accommodating, and easy to work with. Every process has gone smoothly, and communication has been clear from start to finish. We never felt lost or pressured, and the whole experience has been very professional while still feeling relaxed. Really appreciate the effort from the whole team. Looking forward to creating a lot more content together.”
It stopped selling the menu and started showing the kitchen. The chefs gave people a reason to care, and the food gave them a reason to drive.
Your shop has a story like this too. You might just be too close to see it. That’s literally what the call is for.
