You can have four outlets and be in CNBC and still be a stranger on your own street. Ms Fiona had both. Her own posts were doing under three thousand views.
Whiskdom · four outlets across Singapore
Ms Fiona Loh quit a bank to bake. She started out of a home kitchen, built a waiting list that ran into the thousands, and by the end of 2024 she had four outlets and a real brand.
None of that was reaching anybody on social. The seventeen videos they had posted before us have done 24,330 views between them. Their best one ever did 2,667. When we asked what marketing they were running, the answer on the form was one word: nil.
She had tried an agency before us. Her verdict, written on her own onboarding form, was that the agency was “very cookie cutter”.
Here is the part every owner will recognise. Her story had already been told. CNBC ran it, Vulcan Post ran it, and it had been sitting there for four years. None of it was showing up in their feed.
Being good and being known are two different problems.
We stopped selling cookies and put the founder on camera. Every bakery posts the product. Nobody crosses town for a photo of a cookie, and Whiskdom had four years of proof that a good story sitting in a newspaper does nothing on its own.
So we rebuilt it for the feed. She said it herself, straight down the lens: i quit my job as a full-time banker. That one video did 77,500 views, more than three times everything the account had posted in the two and a half years before it. Then we gave the new audience somewhere to go: a 1-for-1 matcha offer you claimed with your name and your number.

37.6K2,200+ customers, in 30 days. Every one of them typed their name and their number to claim the 1-for-1 matcha, so the shop did not just serve them once. It still has a way to reach every single one.
One video about why she left the bank. It did three times what the entire account had done in the two and a half years before it.
We told the story that was already true and had never been told properly, then we built one offer worth walking in for. The story put her in front of strangers. The offer gave them a reason to turn up, and it took their number on the way in, so the shop can bring every one of them back.
Your shop has a story like this too. You might just be too close to see it. That’s literally what the call is for.
What we run today: at least 500 new orders in 30 days, and every one is a code redeemed at your counter, so you can count them. Muslim-owned and halal F&B only.
